"That the said grantee, her heirs and assigns, shall and may at all times hereafter, forever freely, peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy all and singular the premises hereby granted with the appurtenances, and receive and take the profits thereof, without any molestation, interruption or eviction of them, the said grantor, or their heirs or any person or persons whomsoever [lawfully claiming or to claim, by, from or under them, or either of them, or by or with their or any of their acts, means, consent, or procurement]."
By including the language in brackets, the scope of the covenant is made "special", i.e., limited to interference resulting from acts or omisisons of the grantors only.
