Course Grade

Your grade will be based on a three (3) hour final closed book examination covering the concepts we have discussed in class. This usually includes the sale of real estate intrests (real estate brokers, the contract of sale, equitable conversion, marketable title, land title records, and related matters), the various types of mortgages and other liens and the principles supporting their respective claims to priority, commercial and ground leases, and, if time permits, common interest ownership regimes.
