A service of Hoover's online and Edgar online, this is a very good website containing
up-to-date information on companies who are preparing or have recently completed an
initial public offering. Contains links to their SEC filings (through EDGAR online). Also
contains a master list of IPO's filed since May, 1996.

Information regarding bankruptcies and companies who may be headed towards bankruptcy.
Also other information such as bankruptcy clerks, troubled company "news",
directory of bankruptcy "professionals."
