The Alternative Fuels Data Center
The Alternative Fuels Data Center (AFDC), the nation's most comprehensive source for
information on alternative fuels. The AFDC collects operating information from vehicles
running on alternative fuels, analyzes those data, and makes them available to the public.
The AFDC also maintains information on research reports conducted for both the Biofuels
Systems Division and the Fuel Utilization Data and Analysis Division of the DOE Office of
Alternative Fuels.
